Earlier this year, Luv Ranjan and Bhushan Kumar were planning to make the remake of Chupke Chupke. However, things got halted due to the pandemic. But now it seems like they are restarting their work on this project. According to the reports, Rajkumar Rao is already finalized to play the one lead in this film Vicky Kaushal might join him as the second lead actor.
The makers haven’t officially announced it yet. However, Raj has confirmed this news in several previous interviews. Earlier Ayushmann Khurana was rumored to play the second lead. But now the role of Amitabh Bachchan was offered to Vicky Kaushal. He likes the script and will most likely sign on the dotted line.
Rajkumar Rao is currently filming for Hum Do Humare Do then he will begin the production of Badhaai Do. He also has the remake of a Telugu film in line. The makers are trying to take Chupke Chupke on floors between these two films.
