After the unfortunate demise of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, 2020, his former girlfriend demanded justice for him. However, the tables got turned when Sushant’s father filed an FIR against her in Patna. And after that, she came on the radar for the investigation regarding Sushant’s mysterious death. Rhea filed a plea in the Supreme Court to transfer the case to the Mumbai Police but the SC decided tom give the case in the hands of the CBI.
And after all these incidents, Rhea Chakraborty made a public appearance for the very first time. She came out to share her side of the story in an interview with India Today. The interviewer asked if she is having suicidal thoughts after all the accusations she is getting from the public, Rhea replied,
“Yes, I have. Or someone should just shoot us. We are middle-class people, respect is everything for us, and we have nothing left now. Today I am a drug dealer, tomorrow I am something else. Everyone is after us”
She also said that she has full faith in the government, the police, and the CBI. She will not lose the hope and fight until the very end to bring justice to Sushant.
