Web series are becoming more and more popular with every passing day in India. Superstars like Saif Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Sonakshi Sinha already made their digital debut and now it seems like Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’Cruz will also do their digital debut by appearing in a web series real soon.
According to reports, one of the leading OTT platforms approached Ajay Devgn to portray Idris Elba in the Hindi remake of Luther. And now the makers also in talk with Ileana to play the female lead in the very series.
There are two leading roles, one is of Zoe Luther, wife of Luther, and the other is of Alice Morgan. However, it is still unknown for which role she will be signing the deal. According to reports she will most probably portray the role of the wife of Luther.
Ileana and Ajay already worked on projects like Baadshaho and Raid. She will also appear in a leading role in Ajay’s next production “The Big Bull.” So if everything goes well, we’ll soon see this couple for the third time in leading roles.
