Deepika Padukone finally arrivess in Mumbai with his husband Ranveer Singh to appear before NCB for the investigation of the drug nexus case. Deepika Padukone got summon from NCB after her chats from 2017 with her manager Karishma in which they were discussing ‘hash’ and ‘maal’ got leaked. Now the actress will appear in front of NCB on September 26, and for that, she already arrived in Mumbai.
Deepika was in Goa shooting for Shakun Batra’s next project. However, the creators had to stop the production of the film after Deepika’s name emerged in the nexus drug case. She had to come back immediately to record her statement on September 26.
Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Rakul Preet Singh also got summoned by NCB along with Deepika. However, Deepika’s involvement, in this case, is catching more eyes because of her status and worldwide popularity. According to the report, Deepika Padukone will be questioned with her manager Karishma and all of their answers will be recorded.
