Ammy Virk added another milestone in his glorious career. He becomes the first-ever Punjabi actor to get featured on the world’s largest building, Burj Khalifa. However, it didn’t happen because of any Punjabi movie. He was featured as “Balwinder Singh Sandhu,” his character in 83.
Kabeer Khan directorial 83 will be Ammy Virk’s second Bollywood film. It will be a multi-starrer sports drama in which Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will play the lead roles. The trailer of 83 was featured on Burj Khalifa and that’s how Ammy Virk earned one of the biggest achievements of his life.
83 will feature India’s 1983 Cricket World Cup-winning journey in which Ramveer Singh will portray the character of the world cup winning captain, Kapil Dev. Along with Ammy Virk, famous Punjabi singer Harrdy Sandhu will also play an important role in this film. 83 is all set to hit the theaters on December 24, 2021.
