Sidhu Moose Wala’s latest track “SYL” was released two days ago. The song was a chartbuster and shattered records internationally. However, the song is not available on Youtube anymore. It has been removed from the streaming platform in India after a legal complaint from the government.
SYL managed to get 27M views in just two days after its release. It was the first song that was released by the team of Sidhu Moose Wala after his unfortunate demise last month. In India, it was trending #1 on Music before the streaming platform decided to take it down.
SYL mentioned the Satluj-Yamuna-Link Canal project, and hence it became a topic of discussion all around the country. Some people also criticized the track for its subject. Currently, SYL is available to listen to on some other platforms, but it remains uncertain for how long it will stay there.
