Because one of the major stars of that film, Sunny Singh himself confirmed that they are planning to advance that franchise.
According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, Sunny Singh confirmed that the director and producer of the film, Luv Ranjan already have a story for the sequel. And they only need to work on its timeline. Along with this news, he also confirmed that creators are also planning to make the third installment of Pyaar Ka Punchnama.
If this comes out to be true then it will certainly be a treat for the fans as both of their favorite franchise featuring Kartik, Sunny, and Nushrratt will come back for another run.
