Punjabi actress Nikeet Dhillon can’t wait for September to arrive as her project, ‘Yaar Anmulle Returns,’ a cult film on friendship, is all set to hit theatres on the 10th of next month. The movie, which will be the third in the popular film franchise after ‘Yaar Annmulle’ and ‘Yaar Annmulle 2,’ was earlier scheduled for release in March 2020. Nikeet who plays a Himachal girl opposite Yuvraj Hans shares that her role in the movie is quite different from her real self.
Talking about her character, she says she had to work on her appearance and body language and even had to gain a few kilos to fit into the portrayal of a girl from uphill. For Nikeet, the journey in the film has been full of learning. Even though this opportunity brought about a lot of responsibility with it, she feels proud to be a part of the blockbuster series that proved to be a gamechanger for many.
The young artist is all praises for her co-actors as she believes that it’s their support and positive approach that helped her perform well on the sets. Excited that the movie is finally releasing in cinemas after a long hiatus, Nikeet urges all the Punjabi cinema lovers to go and watch it in theatres and experience the real entertainment.
