However, now the news is that the makers want to cast Anushka Sharma as Sita in their upcoming film. The creators, Om Raut already met her and told her the script. And she was really impressed by Om’s vision. According to reports, their meeting concluded on a very positive note and she might end up playing Sita in the most anticipated film.
Recently Anushka Sharma announced that she is expecting her first child with Virat Kohli and her due date is around January 2021. It is likely that Anushka will say yes to this film and begin its shooting from March 2021.
