After Ammy Virk & Sonam Bajwa’s Sher Bagga, Dev Kharoud and Jimmy Shergill’s “Shareek 2” has also been postponed due to the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. A lot of Punjabi films have been scheduled to release this month but the industry hasn’t recovered from the shock of Sidhu Moose Wala’s death, and hence the makers postponed all the projects.
Dev Kharoud took to his Instagram handle to reveal that Shareek 2 which was scheduled to release on June 24 will now release on July 8. It is one of the most-awaited films and the fans have been waiting for its release for a long time now. But, the makers don’t want to release this film, especially in a tough time like this.

Sidhu Moose Wala was brutally murdered on Sunday, June 29 in Punjab. His last rites took place on June 1 whereas his Antim Ardas and Antim Bhog took place on June 8. It has almost been two weeks since his death but everyone is still in the same pain and sorrow. As a result, the makers of Shareek 2 decided to give the time to everyone to recover from this loss before enjoying this movie on July 8.
