Bollywood lost another great actor and that too because of suicide. Asif Batra who appeared in a lot of films and web series committed suicide. His body was found in Mcleodganj, Himachal Pradesh. A forensic team is trying to find out the real reason behind his death. The actor was 53 years old at the time of his death.
Asif Batra left no suicide note leaving everyone behind in a mysterious way. The police are currently investigating whether it was suicide or not. According to the reports, he hanged himself using a dog chain at his rented apartment in Mcleodganj.
The actor has appeared in films like Kai Po Che, Freaky Ali, Roy, Jab We Met, The Attacks of 26/11, Ek Villain, etc. He was also praised for his acting in web series like Paatal Lok, The Tashkent Files, and Hostages 2.
