The famous director of the Pollywood film industry seems to be on a roll lately. He has been announcing back to back films. He recently announced a film titled Bai Ji Kuttaenge and is currently busy with the production of Jeonde Raho Bhoot Ji with Binnu Dhillon in the leading role. And now he shared a heartwarming post for his upcoming film titled “Widow Colony” on his Instagram handle.
Smeep Kang shared a picture with Gippy Grewal who will play the lead role in Widow Colony. He captioned, “Memories – LOCK. A film where I made a sincere attempt to do something different. Will be making WIDOW COLONY with the same sincerity”

Smeep Kang himself wrote the storyline of this film. The filming for Widow Colony will begin in 2021. It is based on the riots of 1984 that took place after the murder of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Humble Production will produce this film.
