Recently the cast and crew of Jug Jug Jeeyo faced a halt as the actors Varun Dhawan, Neetu Singh, Manish Paul, and director Raj Mehta tested positive for COVID-19. But now the great news is that all of them recovered from this disease and tested negative for it. Therefore now the cast and crew of this film are planning to resume its shoot again.
Neetu Singh, Kiara Advani, and Anil Kapoor returned to Mumbai while Varun and Manish isolated themselves in Chandigarh. Now the actors will return to Chandigarh to resume the shoot. The makers have already sanitized the place where the positive actors have filmed before.

According to the report by Mumbai Mirror, Varun, Neetu, and Raj are cleared for going out in public. So now the team will continue its filming from December 19 in Chandigarh. Neetu will wrap her shoot in the next five days whereas the remaining cast will shoot till December 30. Neetu Singh is making her big-screen comeback with this film almost after eight years.
