So far, three FIRs have already been filed against Sidhu Moose Wala and now Haryana High Court finally issued a notice against the singer for October 28. Parvinder Singh Kittna and Kuldeep Singh Khaira, two social activists filed a petition in Haryana High Court against the singer under section 482 of the code of criminal procedure.
A special investigation team or CBI will conduct a proper and fair investigation regarding all three FIR. The first one was registered on February 1 at Mansa Sardar Police Station, the second one on May 4 at Dhanaula police station, and the last one on May 5 at Dhuri police station.
It has been reported by TOI that Kittna and Khaira have also pleaded for impleading the applicants as complainants in both cases at Dhanaula and Dhuri and to make the extension of appropriate sections of the Arms Act, IT Act and to recover the weapons.
