The government recently shared Unlock 5.0 guidelines in which they revealed that the theaters will be reopened from October 15. According to the new guidelines, the theatres will be opened with 50% capacity. A lot of makers already decided to release their films on digital platforms while some waited for the opening of the theatres. And the good news has finally come.
Christopher Nolan’s Tenet already became the first Hollywood film to release in the theatres. Now, in India Kiara Advani’s Indoo Ki Jawani will be the first Bollywood film to hit the big screens in this COVID era.
Nikkhil Advani didn’t sell the rights of this film to any OTT platform. The makers only released a song and some promos. The creators are yet to disclose its release date. We can expect this announcement from the team of Indoo Ki Jawani in the upcoming days.
