Back in 2018, Ayushmann Khurana delivered a blockbuster in the form of Badhaai Ho. And now on its second year anniversary, the makers announced, “Badhaai Do” which will be the second film in this franchise. The makers also revealed that Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar will be the leading pair in this comedy-drama.
Bhumi Pdenekar took on her Instagram handle to reveal this news. She even shared a picture with her co-actor Rajkumar Rao. She captioned “Aye Rajkumar Rao time to say #BadhaaiDo, milte hain set pe, January 2021. Bring it on.”
They will begin filming for Badhaai Do from January 2021. Harshvardhan Kulkarni will direct this film and already confirmed this news to TOI. He also shared he is super excited to be a part of this film.
The plot of this film will revolve around Rajkumar Rao who worked in an all-female police station. We just can’t wait to see them recreate their magic on the big screen again.
