Another day, another new announcement for all the Pollywood lovers. However, this time it is a big one. Diljit Dosanjh announced his next project and that too in collaboration with Amberdeep Singh. The title of their upcoming project is Shikra and it will hit the screens next year in June. However, Diljit Dosanjh or Amberdeep Singh didn’t reveal the name of the rest of the cast members.
Diljit Dosanjh took to his Instagram handle to share the first look poster of this film. The caption of this post reads, “Choori kuttan oh Khanda nai .. #SHIKRA ❤️.. releasing #June #2022.” The poster of this film is beautifully designed and features the artwork of birds and trees. By the look of this first poster, it seems like Shirka is going to be a romantic film.

Coming to the credits of Shikra, Amberdeep Singh penned down the script and will serve as its director as well. Shikra will be released under the banner of Story Time Productions & Amberdeep Productions in June 2022. Also, Shikra isn’t the only film Diljit Dosanjh and Amberdeep Singh are working on. The duo already worked together in a film titled “Jodi” that will hit the theatres later this year.
