The book is narrated in the first person. Sonu Sood talked about the emotional challenges he faced during those tough times. The actor also took on his Instagram handle to reveal about this book. He captioned, “#IAmNoMessiah will be out in December. This is a story of my life, as much as it is of the thousands of migrant workers.”
According to a report MidDay, Sonu Sood said, “People have been very kind and have lovingly named me a messiah. But I really do believe that I am no messiah. I simply do what my heart tells me to. It is our responsibility as human beings to be compassionate and help each other.”
The book is written by Meena Iyer and narrated by Sonu Sood.
