Mohit Suri has finally decided on a lead cast for the sequel of his 2014 romantic-thriller film. It is reported that Arjun Kapoor will join the cast of Ek Villain 2 alongside John Abraham, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria. The film will be an action-thriller with some intense action sequences of Arjun and John.
Bhushan Kumar and Ekta Kapoor will produce the sequel which will go on floors by December 2020. Ek Villain 2 has four main characters who will advance the narrative. Earlier, Aditya Roy Kapoor was decided as the fourth lead but because of the creative differences, he left the role. And to replace Adity, the makers picked Arjun Kapoor.
In the sequel, it will be Villain VS. Villain. John and Arjun both will be playing a negative role in the film. Both of them are intensely training to kickstart the sequel. Ek Villain 2 will be going to be a tale of bad against worse.
John Abraham will start filming for the sequel soon after he finished Satyamev Jayate 2. Arjun Kapoor is also busy with Kashvie Nair’s untitled film.
